Once your payment has processed, we will ship your order within 72 hours unless inventory shortages occur. We use Federal Express Ground or USPS shipping for ease of tracking and delivery; however, other services are also available. If you prefer we use a specific shipping carrier, please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply. We cannot change your shipping address after your order leaves our facility. We apologize, but we do not ship to cargo brokers, hotels, motels, or inns. Although it seldom happens, if your order arrives in a damaged condition, please save the box and all packing materials until we have been able to resolve the issue as sometimes shipping claims have to be inspected by the carrier.



To respect the privacy and security of our customers, we do not rent, sell, or lease your information to third parties. Occasionally, we may choose to send you an email of an informative nature and you may choose to opt-out from receiving future emails. Providing your contact information to us automatically enrolls you in our database.



We make every effort to ensure only the finest ingredients are used in the manufacturing of your products. If your order is found to be defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge upon receipt of the returned merchandise. To safeguard and protect our customers, we cannot accept general returns.

We accept many forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express via PayPal. We also accept checks. Please note that all checks are subject to our returned check policy. Returned Check Policy:  Customer will pay all costs plus 15% of total (Minimum of $25). We do not provide refunds, but we are very keen to provide you with samples. Please give us a call if you would like to sample our products. This also saves you the effort of sending something back to us. Please note that due to the nature of PayPal, PayPal fees are non-refundable after 30 days. Past Due Policy: A monthly 2% late fee will be applied to outstanding funds on past due balances. From time to time, we may offer promotions. Our promotions are structured to be temporary and may be canceled or end at any time.
